Order Cancellation

• Made-to-Order / Custom Products: Once your order for personalized or made-to-order jewellery is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted, as the production process begins immediately.
• Ready-to-Ship Products: You may cancel your ready-to-ship order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped.Simply email us at info@mikijewel.com with your order number and cancellation request.
• After 24 Hours: Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations after 24 hours or once your order has been dispatched.

Refunds

• No Cash Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, eligible returns are processed as store credit or exchange only.
• Refunds for Cancelled Orders (within the allowed window): If you cancel a ready-to-ship product within the valid time frame, we'll issue a refund in the original payment method, after deducting applicable payment gateway charges (if any).

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed terms. In short:

• Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition with all packaging and certification.
• Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
• Items bought on sale or promotional offers.
• Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

Damaged or Wrong Products

In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit or incorrect:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images at info@mikijewel.com.
• We'll arrange a return pickup and issue either a replacement or store credit upon inspection.
