Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped. We generally do not offer cash refunds; eligible returns are processed as store credit or exchange. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging. Custom jewellery, sale items, and earrings are non-returnable. In case of damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images for assistance.
Shipping
All orders are handcrafted and processed within 12–15 business days after confirmation. Once your jewelry is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
